Introducing OurFit's Dance-A -Thon model, the ultimate fitness experience that combines multiple workouts over an extended period. Dance-A-Thon is available in three distinctive formats:Dance-A-Thon (Outdoor), a two-hour program featuring a variety of workouts; Dance-A-Thon (Mix of 3), a 90-minute session incorporating Dance-O-Fit,functional training or HIIT, and yoga; Dance-A-Thon(Double Mix), a dynamic combination of 40 minutes of Dance-O-Fit paired with 30 minutes of yoga.
